Senior Java EE Developer Offline

About project and responsibilities:

You will work for a cross-functional team that takes responsibility for the strategic and technical development of our mobile channel including our 70 hybrid news apps. With us, you’ll develop targeted products that we offer to our end customers for use or purchase on our news portals. As a backend developer you will work interdisciplinary in an agile team in close cooperation with product owner, product designer and other developers. You will be responsible for the future of the native news apps of our media group. You will develop the interfaces and necessary backend systems that our mobile apps rely on and integrate all necessary dependencies and third party systems.

Requirements:

Experience in Java EE - 4+ years;

Strong knowledge of RESTful API;

Strong working experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka;

English - Upper-intermediate (for communication with customer).

Nice to have:

ElasticSearch.
