Why We’re Hiring

• Our development throughput has grown, and we need an additional QA Engineer.
• We have a Playwright-based automated smoke test suite that needs occasional maintenance.
• We want to explore AI-driven QA tools to improve coverage and reduce manual regression time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop & Maintain Test Scenarios for new and existing features (manual focus).
2. Execute Manual Tests (smoke, regression, exploratory) in both dev and live environments.
3. Collaborate with Existing QA & Dev team members to ensure smooth release cycles.
4. Maintain the Automated Smoke Suite (Playwright) as needed.
5. Research & Propose AI QA Tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

• Team Player: Coordinate with other QA engineers and developers without ego or blame.
• Ownership: Handle testing responsibilities for assigned sprints from start to finish.

Milestones (First 3 Months)

• Weeks 1-2: Take on a specific sprint’s regression testing; learn in depth some core product area via our Knowledge Base and recorded demo sessions.
• Weeks 3-6: Get introduced to our automated test suite, continue sprint work, and explore the rest of the system.
• Weeks 7-12: Own testing across all system areas, maintain scenarios, and contribute ideas for process improvements and tools.
