As member of our app support team you have to know all features of our apps and support customers with different kind of service requests and problem reports. Keep an eye on our ticket queue and reply to clients in time. Work together with our developers and consultants to fix customer problems, reproduce bugs and define improvements for our apps.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent english in writing and speaking.
- Experience with web applications.
- Ideally experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Reliable and structured work style.
- Writing of articles for product knowledge base
