IT Project Coordinator (offline)

Потрібно:

— Have work experience as IT Project Manager from 0.5 year;

— If you don't have commercial experience you need to have strong knowledge of web-development (technical IT courses of development, development experience);

— Both speaking and written English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above;

— Deep knowledge of the SDLC;

— Get along with technical basics of web-development;

— Know project development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall etc;

— Have strong time-management skills;

— Have an analytical mindset, attentive to details;

— Technical understanding of UI/IX components;

— Worked with issue-tracking software (Trello, JIRA, Asana);

— Multitasking (we are working in outstaff bussiness model);

— Good knowledge of estimation methods (but the estimation is on developers).

— Project Management full cycle: from participation in a presale to successful project release/support stage;

— Organize the work process and supervise developers;

— Distribute the flow of tasks, prioritize them;

— Coordinate and control the implementation timeframe;

— Monitor the satisfaction of the team, resolve conflict situations;

— Managing risks and opportunities for team deliveries on time and with good quality.

— Project plan creation (milestones,etc.);

— Impeccable communication with the Clients — managing and meeting their expectations.
