We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team.
Required Skills:
— 1,5+ years Project Management experience and good commercial understanding IT industry;
— Excellent knowledge Software Development Life Cycle;
— Understanding and practical experience with Agile SDLC;
— Excellent knowledge of Clickup;
— Creativity, problem-solving mindset;
— Critical thinking skills;
— Strong service/client oriented attitude;
— Excellent communication and presentation skills;
— Excellent self-organization, efficient time management, and leadership skills;
— English – Upper Intermediate.
Nice to have:
— Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;
— Knowledge of design processes;
— Experience in building and implementation of processes;
— Experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
— Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects;
— Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients;
— Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies;
— Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality;
— Managing web projects from concept through delivery;
— Build a project roadmap/sprints plan by identifying team members’ work estimates, dependencies, and delivery dates;
— Communicate directly with customers and management about the project.
