We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team.
Required Skills:
β 1,5+ years Project Management experience and good commercial understanding IT industry;
β Excellent knowledge Software Development Life Cycle;
β Understanding and practical experience with Agile SDLC;
β Excellent knowledge of Clickup;
β Creativity, problem-solving mindset;
β Critical thinking skills;
β Strong service/client oriented attitude;
β Excellent communication and presentation skills;
β Excellent self-organization, efficient time management, and leadership skills;
β English β Upper Intermediate.
Nice to have:
β Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;
β Knowledge of design processes;
β Experience in building and implementation of processes;
β Experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
β Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects;
β Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients;
β Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies;
β Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality;
β Managing web projects from concept through delivery;
β Build a project roadmap/sprints plan by identifying team membersβ work estimates, dependencies, and delivery dates;
β Communicate directly with customers and management about the project.
