Project Manager (offline)

The projects:
1) Web platform to manage the repair works in buildings/flats. Client is a large construction company in Germany. Development from scratch, white label solution.
The team: we are planning to build the team to start the development phase.
Starting from TL PHP, then we will allocate Backend and Frontend Developers, QA.
Technologies: PHP, HTML/CSS

2) Online marketing platform, which helps to create the ad campaigns of different types easily and distribute them by different channels.
The team: 8-9 people (PM, PrM, TL, 3 Developers, QA, DevOps Engineer)
Technologies: PHP, React

We are looking for a PM with:
✔ 3+ years of commercial experience in Project Management in IT
✔ Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management
✔ Experience in managing project from scratch
✔ Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
✔ Experience in Scrum processes establishment
✔ Self-accountability
✔ Upper-Intermediate+ English

Here′s what you′ll be doing:
✔ Work closely with the Product Management team to implement a roadmap for the product, mapping it against the team’s technical capabilities
✔ Together with Business Analyst and Tech Lead develop the project from scratch, build motivated and effective team
✔ Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members
✔ Facilitate daily standups/planning/retrospective meetings
✔ Continually work towards making improvements to the project execution process
✔ People management in terms of talent growth and resource management (hiring/ dismissing/changing the team structure, taking part in performance review process).
