Trainee/Junior Recruiter/HR (offline)

Requirements:
- Looking for unique and interesting specialists
- Create a job description
- Publication of vacancies on various job search sites
- Search for people of different levels from Trainee to Middle
- Conducting a welcome interview
- Onboarding / Offboarding processes
- Conducting One-to-One
- Making offers
- Organization and holding of teambuildings / events
- Active participation in the creation and implementation of the corporate culture
- Participation in the creation of promotional materials

Will be a plus:
- Must take accountability and be a problem solver as well as, a team player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of the difference between technical vacancies
- English Intermediate+
