HR Manager (offline)

WE EXPECT
3+ years of Recruiter/HR, minimum 2 year in IT industry
Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
Ability to work well with teams effectively
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with people.
Good organizational skills and attention to details.
Analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

TASKS
Support onboarding of new hires
Conducting 1:1 with employees
Taking part in corporate events
Taking part in creating HR policies and procedures
Manage and improve onboarding and offboarding process.
Manage training and development of employees.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Organization of team-building activities to further grow mutual trust and respect among colleagues.
Support any employee relations issues
Other duties as required

WORKING CONDITIONS
Remote full-time employment with 24 calendar days of vacation (+ public holidays).
An insurance package from Best Doctors.
Separate budget for training, which can be freely used to buy books and courses.
Paid training time (up to 8 hours per month).
Compensation of 50% of the English courses cost.
Weekly speaking clubs.
