Lead IT Manager (offline)

What will you be doing?

- Manage IT team
- Provide technical leadership to define IT system architecture based on best practices;
- Working closely across all organization to provide IT services;
- Work closely with DevOps and Security teams;
- Work with team on below activities:
- Integrate services to OKTA;
- Automate all routine manual processes;
- Run Jamf/MDM;
- Run Service desk system;
- Create IT policies;
- Build assets management process;
- Be involved in all process and operation activities of the IT team;
- Drive daily standups;
- Run new offices and build the most modern and secure office networking;
- Support existing SaaS application platforms (GSuite, Zoom, and Slack, Github, AWS, etc).

What are we looking for?

- 3+ years as a Lead IT engineer or IT manager;
- Knowledge of networking;
- Experience with OS Mac-based, Linux, Windows;
- Experience GSuite, Jira/Confluence, GitHub;
- Experience with assets management;
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc);
- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).

What skills come in handy?

- ITIL, G Suite, Okta certifications;
- Basic Agile knowledge;
- Basic experience with cloud providers(preferable AWS, Azure, etc);
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, etc;
- Experience with Atlassian products(Jira, Confluence);
- Experience with building Chatbots;
- Experience with Okta.
