Senior Project manager (offline)

We are looking for a Senior PM
necessarily 4+ years experience in SaaS company
Hands on experience in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, PM best practices and tools, solid knowledge of software development lifecycles
Hands on experience in startups development: from zero to hero is a plus
Tasks planning, time tracking, execution control, reports, and delivery responsibilities
Basic BA knowledge (not a responsibility)
Basic QA knowledge (not a responsibility)
Risk management
Proactivity and problem solving oriented mindset
Hands-on Experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
English Upper-intermediate: verbal and written
Good communication and negotiation skills

Startups development and launch experience
Distributed teams management
Computer Science/Engineering degree

Responsibilities:
Manage requirements clarification and estimations;
Manage project issues, risks, and change orders;
Monitor, track, and report on project progress;
Organizing and motivating a project team;
Hold Scrum ceremonies;
Collaborate with internal feature teams, developers, designers, QA, HR;
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
