Product Quality Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- Knowledge of how to write and structure an essay;
- Knowledge of academic writing conventions: essay types (research paper, case study, article review, etc.), citation styles (MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.), and more;
- Ability to quickly cross-check whether the paper is according to instructions/rubric;
- Knowledge of essay formatting;
- Ability to work with sources and search for plagiarism, either manually or with plagiarism checkers;
- Ability to locate and explain mistakes in writing (grammar, style, etc).

Responsibilities:

- The primary duty is to perform quality checks of disputed orders (20+ daily);
- Perform quality checks of selected experts;
- Suggest ways of academic writing improvement;
- Take part in the development of writing guides.
