Junior Market Research Analyst/Lead Generation Manager Offline

Requirements:

- Good analytical and research skills

- Understanding of software development and outsourcing processes

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and spoken

- Excellent writing skills

- Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Will be a plus:

- Experience in IT outsourcing company

- UpWork outbound/inbound bids experience

- Experience in generating leads using additional sources

- Business analytical skills

Responsibilities:

- Working across market research and lead generation processes

- Leads pre-qualification

- Inbound/Outbound correspondence

- Taking part in negotiations with potential clients
