IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Good understanding of technology in the IT industry;
- Ability to positively present our company and opened roles to potential candidates;
- Successfull experience in implementing the full cycle of the recruiting process;
- Effective time-management abilities;
- Good communication skills, dedication, focus on results and details, quick learning;
- English β€” intermediate (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruiting (sourcing, interviews, assistance in organizing further steps to the proposal stage);
- Build a network of candidates;
- Posting vacancies and advertising processes;
- Maintaining a database on the selection of personnel;
- Looking for a new recruitment sources, updating the processes;
- Work closely with the Recruitment team and Head of Recruitment Department;
- Deeply understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the team;
- Strong willing and ability to provide a positive experience for all the sides of a recruitment process.
