Senior QC Engineer (offline)

We are looking for QC Engineer eager to experience the professional working environment and demonstrate your professional skills.

Your job skills should include:

· Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
· Advanced knowledge of testing techniques: test results should be reliable and should not be additionally validated.
· Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person.
· Problem solving, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
· English: intermediate strong level or higher.
· Ability to prepare test design according to the defined test approach to guarantee full coverage of product specifications or requirements.
· Ability to perform defect reason analysis, prepare detailed and helpful defect reports with expected results for fixing defects, and perform impact analysis to cover possible influence on a product.
· Suggesting approaches for automation testing according to expediency of different test types (such as automation, performance, load, stress, stability, or integration).
· Ability to understand product functionality without reading any (or limited) product documentation (ability to understand product functionality just by using the product itself)
· Client orientation and business analytical skills.
· Ability to solve problems creatively.
· Ability to launch new projects and follow through to completion.
· Problem solving, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

· Designing, establishing, and executing test plans that will be delivered with a product within established specifications.
· Providing general supervision, organization, and guidance for the QC staff during the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of applications.

Experience:
· At least of 3 years’ quality control experience.
· Experience in tools, techniques, and environments for defect tracking, test design and execution, and ability to configure them on a required level.
