Marketing Manager / HR Marketing (offline)

Requirements

-2 years experience in a diverse range of marketing;
-Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
-Good understanding of marketing trends and tools;
-Strong understanding of key marketing concepts, such as market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, branding;
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
-English: intermediate strong at least both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

-PR and corporate communications;
-Providing marking support for the local HR managers;
-Video casting with industry thought leaders;
-Creating marketing materials;
-Building the foundations of strategic partnerships with local education centers;
-Community management;
-Event management;
-Develop and implement an employer branding strategy;
-Creating monthly and quarterly reports.
