Requirements
Good tech background. Hands-on experience with Python, CI, Git, Bitbucket, Kibana, Grafana, GCP Console;
Experience with API, FE, Mobile automation
Big picture view and product thinking;
Mobile app testing experience;
Intermediate + English level;
Development of CI pipelines and bash scripting would be as a plus;
Eagerness to learn. Proactiveness and desire to improve things that make your daily work more efficient;

Responsibilities
Setting up QA process inside feature team;
Cover newly developed features with autotests;
Develop and improve existing framework;
Maintenance of the existing test cases, automation tests, extending test coverage, analysis of autotest reports
Ownership of test environment and it's configuration;
Working on preventing bugs and conduct testing on early stages: requirements, solution design, development;
Communicating initiatives within the team, bringing people together to discuss solutions, etc;
Help PO and dev team to achieve a common language. See each feature from the customer’s point of view but also understand technical aspects and limitations related to implementing features.
Planning and executing test activities;
Ensuring quality of the developed feature, it's configurability, maintainability, etc;
Writing bug reports, verifying bug fixes;
Release management;
Performing demos for newly developed features;
Mentoring junior team members;
Continuous analysis of the process and thinking about potential improvements
