Senior/Lead React Native Engineer to build out a top-notch product (offline) $8000-10000

Homecoming is a digital platform that amplifies the work of leading psychedelic clinics, therapists and retreats across the Americas. We are an early-stage company operating in the mental health space, and our products are used by a growing community of therapists, practitioners who deliver psychedelic medicine to those who need it. Our mobile app empowers practitioners to provide daily guidance and support to patients before, between and after treatment sessions—even when they can’t be with them.

We are fully remote! However, we are primarily located in Toronto, Canada, and prefer candidates who are able to have at least 4 hours of overlap in their working hours with EST.

What you’ll do
- Ship user interfaces and features for the Homecoming mobile application
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to provide value to our users and grow the business
- Engage in technical research and decision-making
- Champion best practices, and contribute to efforts to refactor and improve the developer experience
- Help plan biweekly sprints

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years experience shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications
- Production-level experience with:
- React Native or React
- Native iOS or Android
- Mobile CI/CD
- Unit testing
- Automated E2E testing
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an early engineer at a fast growing startup
