Technical Product Owner (offline)

Responsibilities

-Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
-Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
-Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
-Plan and prioritize product backlog and development for the product
-Develop use cases, acceptance criteria and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
-Ensure that the requirements are understood and met
-Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and long term roadmap
-Work closely with the team/feature lead to breakdown the work and reach MVP thru iterations
-Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

Requirements

-Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field activities
-Proven experience working with technical aspects of the software such as microservices, security mechanisms, deployments, DBMS layers, performance characteristics
-In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
-Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Attention to details
