● 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
● Good understanding of Mobile development life cycle
● Experience in managing project teams of at least 5 people
● Understanding of Kanban and Agile/Scrum principles and practices
● Organizational skills, ability to organize people
● Attentive to details, fast learner, good memory, structured thinking, proactiveness
● Good communication skills
● Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English

● Understanding of Sales and Account management processes
● Experience in managing a remote team
● Atlassian Jira / Confluence knowledge
● Experience in QA testing

● Take care of Daily, Progress, Demo, Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
● Risks identification
● Encourage team’s responsibility, transparency, and self-organization
● Collaboration with Team Leads, developers to improve current processes and practices
● Maintain the project documentation
