Financial manager (offline)

What We Seek:
- 3+ years of experience as accountant / reporting specialist / financial controller; experience with e-commerce, online payments, e-marketing will be an advantage
- Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian GAAP
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Structured thinking and attention to details
- Always ready to roll up the sleeves and get the things done no matter what
- Experience with the Big Four would be a plus

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all aspects of management accounting and financial management within the Group
- Cooperate with external partners in various jurisdictions: auditors, lawyers, accountants, payment providers, banks, etc.
- Prepare monthly and annual management financial reports
- Oversee operating expenses
- Recommend and implement improvements to procedures and systems
