Junior UX/UI Designer Offline

Required skills:

— 1+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design of interfaces for web and mobile applications;

— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Tools;

— Deep knowledge of UI design, UX principles, information architecture, and ability to generate design ideas;

— Strong understanding of mobile design guidelines, design systems, and responsive design principles;

— Ability to design user interaction experience based on competitor analysis, research, and user needs;

— Experience in wireframing and prototyping;

— Ability to present and argue design decisions and be flexible in the search for alternative options;

— Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills;

— Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;

— Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects;

— Upper-Intermediate English level and excellent presentation skills;

Will be a plus:

— Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with the development team;

— Experience with API documentation and backend responses;

— Experience with working collaboratively in cross-functional teams;

— Experience in developing and creating logos, corporate identity, and project branding or evolving/improving an existing style;

— Experience in creating, designing, and packaging marketing materials/resources, such as presentations, creatives, and social media posts;

— Experience with animation and motion design using tools like Adobe After Effects or Lottie;
