Middle-Senior Project Manager (offline)

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of project management experience in the IT industry(in the gambling will be a plus);
-Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry;
-Experience in gathering/processing/preparing project requirements;
-Experience in long/mid/short term planning for scrum teams, change management;
-Understanding of web development principles and SDLC;
-Excellent stakeholders management skills;
-Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-Upper-intermediate written and spoken English;

-Proactive, forward-thinking, and passionate attitude to project management;

Responsibilities:
-Lead several projects at a time;
-Control and management on all phases of a project lifecycle;
-Production of appropriate documentation in support of digital projects, including project plans, issue logs, requirements specification, resource plans, etc.;
-Stakeholders management, customer relationships;
-Leading the cooperation with internal departments;
-Scope gathering and planning;
-Facilitation of a single scrum team, day-to-day operational activities;
-KPI tracking and analysis;
-Reporting;
-People management: conflict management, motivation;
-Risk management.
