Project Manager (offline)

Key tasks:
— evaluating of projects, preparing of a work plan, setting tasks and controlling their execution while working with contractors and internal resources;
— project management (quality control, time, budget and risks management);
— project planning using Scrum approach, conducting daily team meetings;
— preparing reports for management and other stakeholders;
— communication with the client (agreeing on plans, deadlines, requirements, budgets);
— organizing, preparing and taking active part in the presentation of increments (demos, prototypes, etc.).

Main tasks:
— 1+ year experience in similar position;
— knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and good understanding of SDLC;
— relevant experience in preparation of project documentation and presentations;
— ability to communicate clearly, concisely and explicitly;
— ability to find a common grounds with the teams;
— systems thinking, attention to detail.
— strong Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, and other services skills;

What is important for us:
— professional certificates or finished courses majoring in "management in gamedev";
