Content Moderator (offline) from $800

Skills You Will Need Here:

* To be detail-oriented responsible, to make the right contextual analysis and to have common sense in decision making;
Communicate effectively in English (read, write and speak) - B2-С1 level;
At least 1 year of relevant work experience with social and digital content and online communication with customers (chats, e-mails, phone);
Basic knowledge of web interface functionality structure;
40 hours of work consistently available each week.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evening,night &weekend shifts)

Essential duties:

Protect our community from content that violates our terms of service.
Constant monitoring of the user generated content on the platform.
Take actions on content that violates our community terms and conditions.
Maintain communication with customers and reply to user questions (via email) .
Use content moderation tools to screen text, images, video and audio files;
Show a positive attitude and outstanding self-discipline skills.
Daily covering at least 8 hours shift;
Evening/night shifts (with extra payment) and weekend coverage.
