Project Manager (offline)

DevRain offers a remote-first working model. Team members can work primarily remotely. For those members who live or stay in Kyiv, we offer office space in the Kyiv center area which they can use on-demand.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for:

- providing a transparent work process for the team and clients;
- coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects;
- assisting in involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- managing resource availability and allocation;
- defining project scope and objectives, managing changes to the project scopes, schedules, and costs;
- managing requests from the third party lead generation platforms;
preparing time reports;
- conducting daily status meetings.

We’re looking for someone who has an advanced level of spoken English, at least 3 (three) years of proven experience as a Project Manager and:

- working experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously;
- working experience with Kanban/Scrum;
- working experience with Azure DevOps and other project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, Asana;
- understands the software development process.
