Automation Engineer (offline) to $5500

REQUIREMENTS
BSc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a similar degree
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining an automation Java-based infrastructure for a complex distributed systems backend/frontend architecture
Proven experience in automation testing all layers of web applications (API/UI)
Experience in working with frameworks and tools like Maven, TestNG, GitHub, and Jenkins
Strong knowledge of OOP, design, and architectural patterns
Strong knowledge of REST API
QA/testing background
Experience in test planning and creating technical documentation
Knowledge of Scrum process in Agile methodology - advantage


Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems with short deadlines
Self-motivated, independent worker, and fast learner
Ability to implement and support POC projects
Very good communication skills including:
Ability to work well with teams from varying cultural backgrounds
Ability to interact effectively with development, testing engineers, and all levels of management
