Blockchain Developer (offline) from $4000

6+ years of Software Engineering experience (as a Back-end / FS developer);

2+ years of provable hands-on commercial experience of blockchain development;

3-4 years of experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Nodejs, Python, Golang;

Experience with AWS (or similar services like GCP or Azure)

Knowledge of Agile (preferably SCRUM) development practices

Extensive experience in architecting and leading blockchain development projects, with a focus on designing scalable and secure solutions for decentralized applications (dApps).

Proven track record of leading teams in the design and implementation of complex smart contract systems using Solidity and other relevant blockchain technologies.

Deep understanding and track record demonstrating expertise of tokenomics principles and experience in designing token economics models for various blockchain networks, including token creation, distribution, staking, and reward mechanisms.

Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing tokenomics structures to ensure sustainability, liquidity, and alignment with project goals and user incentives.

Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token standards (such as ERC-20, ERC-721), and blockchain platforms like Ethereum;

Track record of developing and deploying scalable, auditable, and interoperable smart contracts for cryptocurrency projects.
