Project Manager / Chapter Lead (offline)

Main focus is related to planning, scheduling, allocating people, budget and technology to a project or a program.

Responsibilities:
• Bench support - communication with ppl, operational questions
• Allocation issues - facilitate timely update by Delivery team regarding people's availability
• People management for employees that are allocated to bench and looking for new projects within the company
• On demand: search of available resources (in specific locations or globally)
• On demand: search of Technical Interviewers
• Support of Delivery, help with inf. systems and operational questions
• Upskilling administrative support
• Participation in Project Management Interviews
• Leading projects end-to-end that are in scope of Resource Management organization

Mandatory Skills Description:
• Great communication and people management skills
• Project management experience would be an advantage
• Hiring and interviewing experience
• Ability to work under pressure, deliver in a timely manner

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Resource Management or HR experience
