QA Automation Engineer (offline)

Retail Innovation is a product development company, a part of the global team of Raiffeisen Bank International (Vienna, Austria). We are a fast growing research and development lab working for the international markets where RBI subsidiaries operate. We have 13 CEE countries in our scope. Our projects include design, delivery and post-delivery activities of next-gen digital banking platforms. We have a substantial expertise in developing enterprise solutions, and our ultimate goal is to merge cutting-edge technologies and start-up approaches and culture with solid and respectable enterprise foundations of our parent group. Our mission is to bring innovative technologies to banking. We create unique digital banking products and solutions around the world and provide them in an innovative way. Key moments:
• 2+ years as a Middle\Senior Automated QA Engineer;
• native mobile apps testing;
• API testing (including Postman);
• Experienced in building automated solutions for large scale projects;
• Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases, NoSQL databases;
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);

Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements and business needs;
• Create and execute automated tests;
• Acceptance testing of new features;
• Communication with business, system analysts and developers;
• Testing native Android and iOS apps;
• Backend testing (mostly business logic).

Nice to have:
• Working experience in banking domain (accounting, onboarding, loan origination collection, marketing);
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN).
