Business Analyst (offline)

What you should have:

- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.
- Mixed experience as QA/TBA.
- Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly required.
- Strong analytical and problem skills as well as attention to details.
- Excel - experienced user that able to manipulate data effectively.
- Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks.
- Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- English skills — Upper Intermediate to Fluent
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented.

What you should do
- Participates in the Kick-off meeting
- Participates in the Discovery workshop + runs DEMO of the solution.
- Participates in the Designing of the initial solution/provides estimates for PS tasks.
- Works closely with the Implementation manager as the Technical expert
- Creates detailed business and technical description of the solution for each PS/Customisation task
- Analyses all the details of the processes/runs technical tasks together with the DEV/QA
- Ensures the technical quality of the developed solution.
- Defines/researches what could be covered by OOTB functionality and what should be customisation.
- Creates a concept for the technical implementation for each business scenario.
- Helps Implementation Manager to resolve or understand the technical background of the issue.
- Participates on the calls/technical ServiceNow discussion.
- Deep configuration of the MC application according to the customer needs (Complex Allocation rules/Accruals)
- Collects and analyses detailed technical requirements with the customer.
- Coordinates efforts of the:
*Development
*Testing
*Clarifications of the requirements
*Documentation.
*UAT.
*Promotion to TEST and then to PROD.
*Ensures that technical delivery of each change is done in the correct way.
*Works with the PS team/Product team on new solutions or technical improvements.
