Junior recruiter (offline)

The ideal candidate should have:

- Work experience of at least 1-2 years as an internal HR / recruiter / personal assistant or sales manager;
- Experience with filling vacancies in digital (marketers, creatives, analysts, smm, etc.);
- Grammatically correct speech;
- Knows how to independently prescribe a strategy for sourcing and searching for candidates for various vacancies & jobs;
- Knows standard and non-standard search channels, has a basic knowledge of marketing to attract different candidates;
- Fluent in modern sourcing and interviewing techniques;
- Practical experience in removing and checking recommendations;
- Willingness to work at a high pace, ability to work in a multitasking environment and have skills to adapt;
- A systematic thinker, an autonomous, result-oriented team player.
Functional responsibilities:
- Implementation of the hiring plan (from 4 to 8 vacancies, depending on the level of complexity of the position);
- Market analysis and research for new candidates, telephone pre-screens, interviews;
- Interaction with hiring managers: assistance in creating a quality process, building communication, collecting requirements, conducting a detailed brief so that for each vacancy there is a clear explanation - why a particular candidate should work on this particular position;
- Building an external HR brand and retention of candidates. And always keep in mind that a candidate who did not fit for an open position today, may become an excellent employee in a different department tomorrow;
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates, uploading documents necessary for the release of new employees, updating information in ATS;
- Working with reports, analytics, recruitment funnel, influence on process improvement;
- Conducting final negotiations, agreeing on the terms of employment with candidates, preparing job offers, working with counter-offers if necessary.
