Trainee Project Manager (IT company) (offline)

🧐 Requirements:
>> Knowledge of full-cycle project management techniques
>> Strong knowledge of software development process
>> Knowledge Agile methodologies, ability to estimate and analyze projects, and solutions assessment
>> Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, basic BPMN)
>> Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
>> Upper-intermediate English (written and verbal)
>> Strong attention to detail, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
>> Good interpersonal, and communication skills, problem-solving and motivational skills

☝ Responsibilities:
✔ Assistance to other project managers
✔ Actively participate in group mentorship sessions
✔ Work on gathering, documenting, reviewing, and analyzing requirements;
✔ Coordinate and facilitate project activities
✔ Following up with customers
✔ Providing accurate information, data, and reports regarding project status, activities, and performance.


💪 Will be a plus:
• Experience with some databases, relevant non-commercial experience
• Relevant courses or education
• Tools knowledge: JIRA, prototyping software, google documents, estimation technics, etc.
