Requirements

5+ years experience as a Java Software Developer Prior in a technical leadership position

Experience with RESTful API, Git, SOAP APIs

Comfortable working with Swagger, Cassandra, Grafana, Kubernetes

Experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate

Skills using tools for automated project building (Maven)

Experience using Continuous Integration tools (TeamCity, Bamboo, Jenkins)

Good spoken English (starting from B1+)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Product Owner and Site Development Lead, the duties and responsibilities of the Software Development Team Lead include:

- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

- Provide technical leadership to team through coaching and mentorship.

- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications.

- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

- Design, develop, and unite test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
