🔹About the project
Our customer is changing how people buy and lease cars. Our platform is currently the largest pan-European digital marketplace where consumers can find, buy or subscribe to high-quality used cars. CarNext is quickly evolving. We are adding digital products with new functionalities and expanding into new countries. You will work with 2 mature scrum teams that are delivering important functionality that helps our customer to conquer new markets.

🔹Responsibilities
❯ Guide, coach, and mentor 2 development teams;
❯ Establish, support, and optimize the processes within the teams;
❯ Close cooperation with PO in the team and management on the customer side;
❯ Facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk;
❯ Grow Agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners;
❯ Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the teams;
Meetings and workshops facilitation.

🔹Requirements
❯ 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
❯ Excellent understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and values;
❯ Good understanding of SDLC;
❯ Excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels;
❯ Excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills;
❯ Experience of working with Jira or other tools;
❯ Fluent English.

Would be a plus:
❯ Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, PMP-ACP, etc.);
❯ Experience in working with 2 teams simultaneously.

You should be able to demonstrate:
❯ Strong leadership skills, pro-active;
❯ Background in an agile environment;
❯ Experience in delivering projects in a client-vendor relationship;
❯ Communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
