Tech Support Engineer (offline)

We are a product company which is developing a new and unique trading ecosystem. It includes more than 10 blocks β€” CRM, Chat, BI, Trading Engine, Education and other blocks which will be easy to use for both, clients of the trading platform and operator companies.

Requirements:
β€’ 1+ years of experience on the same position;
β€’ Intermediate English level;
β€’ Experience with SQL;
β€’ Experience in any Tickets System/Bug Tracking System;
β€’ Basic understanding of logs analysis.

Will be a plus:
β€’ Experience in Applications Support;
β€’ Basic experience and understanding with Git;
β€’ Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
β€’ Basic knowledge of Linux (common commands);
β€’ Readiness for night shifts (3/3 20:45-08:45);
β€’ Experience in Manual QA.
