Tech Support Engineer (offline)
Requirements:
β’ 1+ years of experience on the same position;
β’ Intermediate English level;
β’ Experience with SQL;
β’ Experience in any Tickets System/Bug Tracking System;
β’ Basic understanding of logs analysis.
Will be a plus:
β’ Experience in Applications Support;
β’ Basic experience and understanding with Git;
β’ Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
β’ Basic knowledge of Linux (common commands);
β’ Readiness for night shifts (3/3 20:45-08:45);
β’ Experience in Manual QA.
