Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as Project Manager;
- Practical experience with clients (outsource preferably), managing expectations, handling scope changes;
- Handle projects successfully (within budget/scope/time/quality constraints);
- Facilitate methodology decision making throughout the team, including standardization of project management approaches, PM software tools, best practices, metrics;
- Plan for team growth considering the level of skills required within the team. To make sure that all training and support that team members require is delivered internally or externally;
- Experience with the Pre-Sales process;
- Experience with budgeting;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level;

Responsibilities:
- Make sure estimates take into account all possible risks and contain the appropriate contingency
- Assist in resourcing decisions (who can be taken to work on the project, etc.);
- Ensure your knowledge of project management is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources, attending meet-ups, etc.;
- Efficiently manage your workload;
- Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required;
- Share knowledge, insights, best practices, and ideas;
- Support the business development team with pre-sales activities;
- Contribute regularly to discussions regarding the internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company.
