Experience & Skills required
- Competent written and spoken communication.
- The ability to clearly, concisely and interestingly express thoughts in a short post or presentation.
- Responsible attitude to any task.
- Knowledge and successful use in practice of the basic principles of time management.
- Intermediate English level and higher.
- Positive thinking and attitude to the work “How we can do it better”.
- Interest in IT and People Management.

Tools
- MS Office Suite.
- G Suite.
- ShotCut or any other video editor.
- LightRoom or any other photo editor.
- Mailchimp or any other e-mail sender.

Responsibilities
- Formation of a calendar and agenda for meetings and appointments.
- Preparation of additional information for the daily meetings and appointments.
- Formation of documents, lists, tables according to information from the chef.
- Editing documents.
- Making presentations in templates and in free form.
- Control of the changes in Google documents and tables.
- Initial review of all documents from the departments;
- Control of changes.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
- Basic skills of content management (social network).
- Communication with designer and PR manager.
- Preparation of company’s merch and gifts.
