Google Ads User Acquisition Specialist (offline)
- Experience with Google Ads ecosystem: Search, Display Network, Video (Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, and other local search networks will be an advantage);
- Experience operating $100K+ monthly budgets with positive ROI in Western Markets;
- Previous Experience with a Social Networking Niche will be a plus;
- Be familiar with Google Analytics and GTM, be able to tune the analytical system;
- Understanding of users tracking methods - cookies, redirects, utm_ tags, etc.;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Previous experience with landing page optimization and creative materials creation;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
- Strong attention to details;

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market trends;
- Passion for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics;
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts.
You will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of a roadmap/strategy for buying PPC Search / Display traffic from Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, etc.;
- Leading user acquisition process on Google Ads (including Display, Discovery, Mail Ads, YouTube, and other media formats.) and similar platforms (Bing Ads Display, Yahoo Display, etc) for a web project;
- Leading user acquisition process on Google Ads Search and similar platforms (Bing Ads Search, Yahoo Search, and other search networks) for a web project;
- Launching, analyzing, and optimizing all aspects of campaigns (moderation, bid management, budgeting, creatives and search queries analysis);
- Generation creatives, landing pages for advertising campaigns in collaboration with designers and developers;
-Split testing of advertising creatives, keywords configs, optimizations, and audiences, landing pages;
-Search for new schemes to attract users.
