Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience in Project Management;
- Familiarity with Scrum;
- Skill to understand tasks and customer needs;
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- High level of self-organization and responsibility;
- Upper Intermediate or higher level of English;

You will work with Scrum (theory and practical), meeting facilitation, reporting, processes, one-on-ones

Responsibilities:
Project documentation;
Detailed project planning;
Analysis of possible risks;
Coordination of terms;
Prioritization of tasks;
Solution of conflict;
Expectation management;
Business communication with clients;
Organization and monitor team performance;
Manage the project team at all stages of the project.
