Senior Project Manager (Art Producer) (offline)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for console and mobile projects to bring new ideas and professional experience to our team.

Superpowers you have are:
At least 3 years of experience working in a Project Management role in IT outsource companies;
Has proven successfully completed projects with foreign clients;
Deep understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall and other);
Good experience with project estimations;
Ability to manage, motivate and work with a team;
Analytical skills, ability to multitasks, attentiveness to the details;
Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills;
Advanced level of English.

Will be a plus:
Having PMI/PMP certificates;
Deep knowledge of working with Jira;
Experience with game development.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:
Coordinate and supervise game development teams from the estimation, concept stage till the product launch;
Allocate the necessary resources;
Conduct team meetings on the project;
Track the status and report on the project;
Create and maintain project schedule and documentation in a timely manner by making changes;
React to incoming change requests from the team to support the project;
Ensure the achievement of the objectives of the project;
Ensure effective interaction between key stakeholders of the project;
Build effective communications and long-term relationships with the clients;
Risk management;
Internal production processes supply;
Share project management knowledge and experience with teammates.
