AWS Cloud Administrator/Engineer (offline)

We are looking for a AWS Cloud Administrator/Engineer for our client in Germany - the world's leading companies in the field of special machine construction. We develop, design and manufacture technically sophisticated machines for wire and tube processing and cold forging. With our machines, our customers produce for a wide variety of industries and areas of life. In the area of ​​e-mobility, too, our machines are an important part of the implementation of the technological change. We employ around 1,000 people worldwide in a modern working environment with plenty of freedom for creativity and personal development.

Your tasks:

Operation of the AWS cloud systems for a web-based maintenance portal (approx. 40 virtual systems)
Further development of the cloud systems for optimal and cost-efficient system operation
Implementation and continuous integration of features and software modules
Coordination of the roadmap with the software development team
Participation in the Scrum Sprint planning
You are responsible for ensuring software quality and stability with the help of regular security, maintenance and update measures
Monitoring, planning and implementation of changes

Your skills and experience:

Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant practical experience in computer science and software development
Routine in dealing with cloud and network technologies such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
Experience in the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of cloud-based infrastructure solutions
Confident handling of Linux and Windows operating systems
In-depth knowledge of automation and monitoring
Well-founded experience in the implementation of cloud infrastructure with script languages ​​such as Bash, Powershell or Python
You approach challenges analytically and always solution-oriented
Good written and spoken English
