Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of BA professional experience (in IT area is a plus);
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal).;
- The ability to deeply understand the needs of the customer and to create a product concept at the idea stage;
- Turning customer ideas into functional documentation for the development team;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and communication skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness;
- Ability to facilitate tech discussions and organize the documentation of achieved results and agreements.
- Knowledge of web development processes will be an advantage;

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary person of contact for the client, meetings with worldwide customers;
- Understand the client’s business to add value to projects;
- Detailed identification of the customer's needs in order to offer the best solution to his request
- Evaluating business processes, translating business needs into system requirements
- Describing business requirements to a development team;
- Analysis of solution options and presentation of the best to the customer, ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Gathering, documenting and managing requirements;
- Conduct continuous analysis of the client's business processes and develop optimization strategies.
