Senior Software Engineer, iOS Offline

THE CHALLENGE

Continually improve our mobile survey app. This includes adding new features to the app and working closely with other teams to integrate the latest feature with the app’s backend API and other systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience in technical support, professional services or software development

• Experience developing solutions for mobile applications using native iOS technologies. (Swift, Objective-c)

• Experience building RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption using (i.e. one or more of the following: Java, Kotlin, PHP)

• Strong proficiency with SQL.

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging code across multiple platforms.

• Be a quick study and expand your knowledge as needed

BONUS SKILLS

• Knowledge of PHP and/or Python.

• Knowledge of containerization tools (i.e. docker) and microservices

• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery

• Experience with event messaging queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS
