HR Generalist (offline) $600-1200

What You'll Do:
as an HR:
- Full Employee lifecycle management: on- and off-boarding; introduction to the company; adaptation process; employee communication and consulting;
- Building hr-structure;
- Corporate culture and Event Management;
- Support learning culture and represent values of the company at all levels;

as a Recruiter:
Full-cycling Recruitment (search, cv screening, sourcing, interviewing)
-Analytics.

Requirements:
Strong leadership skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English/Ukrainian/Russian;
Good presentation skills;
Excellent organizational skills, ability, and willingness to take the initiative and accept accountability;
Recruitment experience will be a plus.
