Recruiting Manager (offline)

You can work 100% remotely on this position or join our team in Kyiv, Antwerp or Lisbon offices.

Responsibilities:
- participate in a full recruitment cycle, creating the best hiring experience for the candidates
- search for candidates in the local and international job market (Europe and the USA)
- communicate with the hiring manager and technical experts in the company to ensure understanding of the position requirements and ensuring qualifications for potential leads
- analyze the business needs and interpret them into the comprehensive job description
- communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, provide feedback
