Project Manager (offline)

Skills and Qualifications
3-4 years of experience managing IT projects;
Thorough understanding of both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom development projects (in SAS environment);
Experience managing GxP projects, and SDLC/Validation processes;
Proficiency in developing project plans and managing project budgets and on-time delivery;
Scheduling/tracking project milestones and budgets, and reporting project finances;
Overseeing all phases of software development (requirements, development, testing, SDLC documentation, deployments, hyper care);
Experience in Jira/TFS;
Resolving project issues and stakeholder management;
Work with PR/PO, Procurement, Legal/SOW processes;
Experience with Agile and Waterfall;
Highly developed oral and written communication skills;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Experience in consulting and pre-sale activities and people management;
Leadership skills;
English -Advanced.

Responsibilities
Planning, directing, and managing the implementation of a large scale project or group of middle-sized projects in an enterprise environment;
Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project/projects goals;
Validating/defining project/projects scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders;
Effectively communicating project/projects expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
Developing full-scale project/projects plans and associated communications documents;
Planning and scheduling project/projects timelines and milestones, tracking project milestones and deliverables;
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project/projects risks;
Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project;
Proactively managing changes in project/projects scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans;
Working together with client partner/account manager in order to maximize revenue generated as a result of provided IT services;
Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance;
Providing a very deep and detailed level of monitoring and transparency of the project/projects;
Invoicing services fees;
Keeping company internal systems records up to date.
