IT Researcher (offline)

Requirements:

• Completed IT recruiting courses
• Quick learner and self-organization
• Focus on the result of work
• Attention to details

Will be a plus:

• Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, etc) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search, and more)
• Basic technical literacy in IT

Responsibilities:

• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior-level positions
• Review resumes for requirements and pre-screen of candidates
• Managing of candidate’s database, reports
• Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs
