Product Analyst (offline)

Crello — is an easy-to-use online graphic design tool that allows you to create static and animated design projects in 70+ various formats for social media, ads, print, personal and business needs for free. Available in web version and iOS/Android applications, the collection has over 47,000 templates, which are regularly updated by professional designers. The platform gives access to the library of music, fonts, animations and objects, as well as 200 mln photo and video content from Depositphotos.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working with the Product team to help make correct data-informed decisions;
• Building and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported;
• Monitoring of key indicators and timely identification of the reasons for deviations from the average values;
• Conducting customer analysis—churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, customer value and more;
• Forming hypotheses in the area of product development (increasing the metrics of involvement, monetization);
• Running A/B tests to verify the hypothesis.

Requirements:
• Analytics experience in a B2C company (2+);
• Understanding of database structures and data mining techniques;
• Strong experience with SQL and MongoDB;
• Understanding A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and measurements;
• Understanding of both statistics and regression methods;
• Excellent analytical skills, including cohort analysis and lifetime value analytics;
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to tell a story based on data.
