SEO Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Fully own strategy development & execution of SEO project from start to finish;
- Develop and execute SEO growth strategy for content generation providing thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication to our team;
- Be responsible for creating SEO requirements for the website, copywriters briefing, and subsequent implementation management and quality control of the implementation;
- Report regularly on SEO critical metrics (including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, On-page engagement, Behavior patterns, Visitor/Customer journey flow, Conversion, and CPA);
- Conduct and be responsible for backlink analysis, management, and improvement, identify new link opportunities;
- Identify and handle crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and any other technical issues that can impact ranking;
- Work with marketing teams and agencies, be prepared to build and manage a dedicated SEO team in the future.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relatable digital experience;
- Proven SEO experience and a track record of success growing organic search traffic;
- Deep understanding of SEO concepts and how SEO has evolved over time;
- Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in SEO and inbound marketing principles;
- Must know the differences between changes that can greatly damage a website's progress and changes that can move the needle forward;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers, content managers, product marketers, and others to reach SEO targets;
- Must possess effective project management skills and determine the right methods of communication;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz Pro, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot/Adobe Marketo and JIRA
- Experience with Google AdWords and/or SEM experience; PowerBI and/or Tableau, Google Data Studio.
